Customer Info: You must provide accurate details and authorise us to service your device. Access codes may be requested for testing.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due on completion of service. Deposits may be required for special parts or complex repairs.
Privacy: Your personal data and device contents are treated confidentially. We don’t access or share them without a reason.
Post-Service Support: If the same issue recurs during the warranty period, re-service will be provided at no additional cost.
